Barr. Omotayo

is an accomplished legal practitioner and academic whose work spans the intersections of law, technology, and business. With a strong background in corporate law and litigation, he brings a multidimensional perspective to legal practice, education, and policy development.

He holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. His legal expertise is complemented by practical leadership, serving as the Managing Partner at Baron and Stagger Chambers, where he oversees complex legal matters and provides strategic counsel to clients across various sectors.

Barrister Omotayo-Ojo has also made notable contributions to civic engagement and community development. He previously served as Convener for Gamaliel’s Mind Initiatives in Abuja, He worked with the legal team at Etung Local Government Area, Cross River State.

Passionate about legal education, policy reform, and access to justice, he actively contributes to legal research, mentoring, and community-based outreach programs. His work is guided by a deep commitment to justice, social impact, and innovation in the legal profession.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), a member of BRIPAN (Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria), and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
